Here at THE/THIRTY, we believe it takes 21 days to form a habit and 30 to build a lifestyle. That’s why we’re excited to announce our new social movement: #MyNextThirty. “Uh, what’s a social movement?” you might ask. Well, we want to join forces with you—our community—to inspire healthy, tangible changes that bring you farther on your wellness journey. We want to cheer you on, help you stay accountable, and have a little fun with this—all in the name of well-being.
Here’s how it will work: Each of us will share a pledge of what we want to accomplish in the next 30 days. Maybe it’s drinking plenty of water every day, meditating a certain amount of times per week, or getting more fresh air—no matter the change you’re craving, anything wellness-related is fair game.
The challenge runs today through the end of June, and you can join us by following @thethirty on Instagram and sharing your own #MyNextThirty resolution there. Upload an Insta photo, leave us a comment, post in our Facebook group, whatever feels good to you. Plus, stay tuned throughout the month because we’ll be hosting fun IRL events and sharing giveaways from some of our favorite brands.
