I make it a point to shop for activewear only a couple of times a year. One: I try to not buy that many new pieces in an effort to be more sustainable with my clothes. Plus, when it comes to activewear, there are some seasonal trends (cutouts, mesh details, etc.), but for the most part, these pieces are timeless and never really go out of style. And two (the biggest reason): I like to shop when there are great deals to be found.
Right now is one of the times I stock up on new leggings, sports bras, tanks, and sweatshirts. Black Friday and Cyber Monday provide the perfect opportunity to save on your favorite brands and maybe try some new ones. Take a look at some of the best deals this year below.
Sweaty Betty's Power Leggings shape your butt like no other. Seriously, you'll look good during your workout. Aside from the flattering fit, they're stretchy and sweat wicking and are good for any workout.
Now's your chance to add some pieces to your Lululemon collection. The brand has some pretty amazing specials this Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I'm a big fan of the Align leggings, so I definitely plan on stocking up. They're sweatproof, stretchy, and supportive and feel so comfortable.
Somehow, Alo Yoga manages to make its sports bras look so stylish, with fashion-forward details like cutouts, ruching, and asymmetrical straps. But they don't just look good. They're supportive enough, too. I have this tank, and the seamless design makes it so comfy—I wear it during low-impact workouts like yoga and barre.
My normal gym attire was a sports bra and a tank, but then, I discovered longline sports bras. I like that they provide the coverage that I want and are just the right length for me. This one has medium support, so it's good for yoga and barre classes, but also cardio workouts.
