It's that time of year again—Black Friday and Cyber Monday season. I know, I know. Some of you might be so excited to snag some amazing deals for yourself and also for your holiday gift haul. But I'm guessing there is also a group of you out there that feel totally overwhelmed by the prospect and don't know where to shop or how to start. And maybe there are some people who don't even want to shop at all (and if that's you, no pressure—that means more time to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday).

But for those of you in the first two groups, you're probably looking for the scoop on the best deals out there. Well, you're in luck because there are some items that I wait until Black Friday to buy because I know that's when I'm going to score some amazing deals. For me, even though I'm a wellness editor and talk about it all day long, there are still some wellness finds that I like to prioritize on Black Friday. Sure, I'll buy some new leggings if needed other times in the year, or stock up on supplements or self-care items, but I really go all-in on my wellness wish list during this season.
