This is Doing Well, a series where we'll get a peek into the wellness routines of our favorite celebrities, athletes, social media personalities, entrepreneurs, and more. Think of it as a Proust Questionnaire—wellness style. Below, see what they have to say about their favorite workouts, self-care rituals, wellness goals, affirmations or mottos, and more. Maybe you'll find some inspiration for your own routine.

You probably know Chriselle Lim from her popular fashion, beauty, and lifestyle website, The Chriselle Factor. She was one of the OG fashion bloggers who has made her mark on the industry a thousand times over, with huge followings on Instagram and YouTube. She's also worked with brands like Dior, Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, and Cartier.

You might also know Lim as "Your Rich Mom," her super popular persona on TikTok, where she posts funny and heartwarming videos. And you might even know Lim as the co-founder and CEO of Bumo, a parenting empire that includes a community platform, virtual learning classes for kids, and a coworking space that includes childcare.

This is all to say that Lim is a total multihyphenate who is constantly growing her brand and business while pivoting to new ventures. And on top of that, she's mom to two little girls. So we don't have to tell you she's busy!

Recently, Lim filled out our Doing Well questionnaire, because we just had to know how she balances her wellness routine with her busy schedule. See what she had to say below.

The first thing I do when I wake up is… "Meditate/pray and then drink my hot lemon water to flush out the toxins."

My go-to meal before work is… "I actually prefer to work out on an empty stomach, but if I'm starving I'll usually do some sort of smoothie!"

My favorite workout is… "My Peloton! I do 30 minutes of cardio on my Peloton, and then about 10 minutes on the floor for abs and arms."

My must-have beauty/self-care products are… "My LED light face mask since I can't go to the clinic, my NuFace device, a Diptyque candle, Clé de Peau 24k gold vitality mask."

My favorite self-care ritual is… "After my intense workout, jumping into my steam room! Relaxes my muscles and it's the best thing to do before I go to bed."

The one thing I do to wind down is… "Watch K-dramas in bed alone."

My ideal chill at-home fit is… "Cashmere sweats and my fluffy Ugg house slippers."

My favorite thing about myself is… "My determination. When I'm set on something, I do all that I can to get it done."

The one wellness goal I want to accomplish this year: "Sleep more."
