In the world of crossover social media superstars finding relative mainstream success, sisters and TikTokers Charli and Dixie D'Amelio reign supreme. For the D'Amelios, navigating their newfound fame is entirely a family affair, with parents Heidi and Marc D'Amelio at the helm of it all.

We caught up with Heidi, dubbed The First Mom of TikTok, about the wellness-focused routine that helps to keep her grounded during a very busy period for her and the entire D'Amelio clan. With a popular podcast, a forthcoming reality show, and yes, millions of followers across all social platforms, it's clear that there's a new famous family that we'll want to keep up with.

8 A.M.

I usually start my mornings off by literally jumping out of bed and running downstairs to let our four dogs out to go to the bathroom (and hoping that none of them stops on the way down). While they're going to the bathroom, I get their bowls ready with their kibble. Once they're all settled outside and happily eating, I'll start making my shake for breakfast.

I always use my Nutribullet blender to make my morning shake. I'll take about a handful of spinach, a scoop of Vega Sport Premium Protein Powder in the mocha flavor, a scoop of Momentous Performance Creatine, and a handful of whatever berries I have in the fridge. Today, I had some blackberries that I added into the mix. Then I blend it up really well with water and start drinking it to get some protein in before my workout!

I also take two capsules of Thorne L-Carnitine every morning, which helps support cardiac muscle function, athletic performance, and general wellbeing.

After I make my shake, I'll let the dogs back in and go upstairs to get dressed and ready to go to the gym. I'll put on some leggings, a sports bra, and my black Adidas Ultraboost 4.0 DNA shoes (they are my go-to for working out!). I'll also brush my teeth, pull my hair up into a bun, grab my phone, AirPods, and a face mask before heading out.

8:45 A.M.

I'll walk down to Monarch Athletic Club in West Hollywood to meet with my trainer and work out for about an hour.

After my workout, I'll head back home and jump in the shower. Once I'm done, I'll do my super-quick and simple skincare routine. I always start with CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser to clean off my face.

Then, I'll use the purifying charcoal cleanser from Charlotte Tilbury Goddess Cleansing Ritual Duo before adding the Magic Cream Light as a moisturizer afterward. It has become my new favorite moisturizer, as I have been looking for a good lightweight one to use under my makeup and this is it!

Today, I am wearing one of my favorite Social Tourist flannels that I bought from its pre-sale on Instagram

I'll then look at my schedule before taking off to record my podcast, Marc and Heidi: The Other D'Amelios, with my husband, Marc, which you can listen to anywhere you listen to your podcasts.
