Naomi Campbell's YouTube channel is an amazing peek into the legendary supermodel's life. Videos include makeup tutorials, how she shops at Whole Foods, her airport routine, her workouts, and her charity work. She even has a series, "No Filter With Naomi," in which she interviews people like Cindy Crawford, Serena and Venus Williams, and Nicole Richie.

You could get seriously lost for hours watching videos on her channel, which is what we recently did. One post that really got our attention was a video she posted that's titled "My Personal Vitamin & Supplement Routine." She details how she makes her morning smoothie and all the vitamins and supplements she takes. If you thought your regimen was strict, Naomi's got you beat. In all, she has close to 30 ingredients, pills, and tinctures in her wellness stash.

It's no secret that Campbell is very serious about her health, and she's been especially vigilant since the COVID-19 pandemic. In the YouTube video, she stressed how crucial it is for her to have a strong immune system, especially after the pandemic. "That's what I’m going to take on a regular basis," she said. "Because most important, it's to build up the immune as I said before. So let's take our immunes up to the next level, protect our immunes, nurture our immunes, take care of ourselves."

The 49-year-old supermodel is practically ageless, so we don't mind learning what she does for her well-being each day, which we've outlined below. But keep in mind that it's important to consult a medical professional before you add anything new to your supplement or vitamin routine. Campbell even has a disclaimer at the end of the video to remind viewers of it, too.

Her Morning Smoothie

In the video, she takes us through how she makes her morning shake each day, which she calls her "immune-booster drink." It has 11 ingredients, plus ice and optional goldenseal drops—she blends all of it in a Nutribullet, and says it's "like a meal in itself." We compiled the ingredients for her epic shake below in case you wanted to try it at home. (Note: These aren't the official brands she uses).

1 Cup Almond Milk

1 Tbsp. Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp. Matcha

And after she makes her smoothies, it's time to take all of her supplements. We counted 16 different mentions, and among them, you've got your common supplements like vitamin D and B12, zinc, and probiotics, but she also swears by oregano oil and papaya seeds.
