I've decided to stick to a rule this holiday season: I'm only buying self-care products for my friends and family. I'm thinking that all of my loved ones just need a break, some quiet time, and some good old-fashioned TLC, especially at this time of year and going into the next. Since self-care is my journalism beat so to speak, I'm getting ready to shower my friends and family with everything I've learned about it.

Here are a couple of things I have on my gift list this year—feel free to steal these ideas. Happy shopping and gift giving!
