This is Doing Well, a series where we'll get a peek into the wellness routines of our favorite celebrities, athletes, social media personalities, entrepreneurs, and more. Think of it as a Proust Questionnaire—wellness style. Below, see what they have to say about their favorite workouts, self-care rituals, wellness goals, affirmations or mottos, and more. Maybe you'll find some inspiration for your own routine.

As a wellness editor and all-around nosy person, I love hearing about the wellness routines of pretty much everyone. But I'm especially intrigued to get details on professional athletes' routines. They already have the workout thing on lock, but what about how they wind down after practice or intense competition? What do they eat for breakfast? And what are their self-care rituals? I told you I was nosy.

So when I got the chance to hear about WNBA player Skylar Diggins-Smith's wellness routine, you know I was all ears. The Phoenix Mercury point guard made her WNBA debut in 2013 and has been making waves ever since. She's a four-time WNBA All-Star and is about to make her Olympics debut this summer in Tokyo for Team USA.

Even though she's got a pretty busy couple of weeks ahead, Diggins-Smith, who's also a BodyArmor athlete, shared her wellness routine with THE/THIRTY below. Spoiler alert: I think you're going to love her personal motto.

The first thing I do when I wake up is: Stretch and hug my son.

My go-to meal before work is: Eggs/breakfast wrap with fruit an iced coffee and BODYARMOR LYTE to get a jump start on my hydration throughout the day.

My favorite workout is: Basketball? LOL.

Something that always puts me in a good mood: Seeing my family.

My favorite feel-good Instagram accounts to follow: Tracee Ellis Ross and Will Smith.

My must-have beauty/self-care products are: A great lip gloss, mascara, moisturizer.

My favorite self-care ritual is: Pilates.

The one thing I do to wind down is: Watch my favorite show.

My ideal chill at-home fit is: my cozy fit is a combo of my favorite Puma athleisure wear.

My favorite thing about myself is: [I'm] loving, focused, giving, and my sense of humor.

The one wellness goal I want to accomplish this year: Make room for mindfulness every day; find more ways to be involved in the community.

An affirmation/motto I live by: You get out of life and love what you put in.
