"I like to wake up and start my days off with some movement. I've been doing an exercise routine with my trainer and a few hundred people around the world on Instagram Live. This ritual has kept me sane since the beginning of lockdown. My workout usually lasts an hour, and afterward, I'll take a shower."
"This is when I'll start my morning skincare routine. First, I'll take MV Skin Therapy Instant Revival Booster and put it on my face and neck. I love doing a facial massage to wake up my skin, by scissoring my hands. It's amazing what you can do for very little money with your fingers. Next, I'll take a facial massage ball from Teresa Tarmey—which I keep in the freezer—to cool down and contour my face. I'll guide it from my chin to my lymph nodes, and down my clavicle. It's my favorite new morning thing."
